On the day (for local participation)
Temperature check will be conducted on the first floor of the venue.
Please be sure to take your temperature before moving to the lecture hall when you arrive each day.
If you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to enter.
If there is no fever after taking the temperature, place the round "color sticker" near the thermometer on the visible side of the mask you are wearing.
This is proof that the temperature has been checked.
You will be asked to take your temperature every day for three days and put a sticker on it.
The color of the stickers varies from day to day.
If you do not have a sticker, please go to the first floor and have your temperature checked again by a staff member of the office.

If you have your registration card, please pick up your registration certificate folder and program booklet, and proceed without stopping at the reception desk. If you do not have a registration certificate, please stop by the reception desk.
The 1st floor checkroom will only accept hand luggage such as caster cases. Please note that we do not accept coats for the purpose of preventing infectious diseases.
Please fold the participation certificate with a dotted line and put it in the holder.
In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we will control the entry and exit of participants every day during the discussion.
QR code readers will be installed in each lecture and exhibition hall, so please hold your registration card over the QR code to read it when entering and exiting the hall.

No recording of the lecture is allowed.

For meals, please use restaurants in the area.
Please refrain from talking while eating.
Please make sure to eat and drink in accordance with the policies of the restaurant you are visiting and the city of Yokohama.
