How to use

First time applicants:

1. Click "Create New Account Start here".
2. Register name, mail address, and password at the first time users registration page and create your account.
3. After you have created your account, you will be transferred automatically to "My Page".
   Please continue to register information for the representative of the participating group.
4. After registering information for the representative, you will need to register for the other accompanying members.
   *The individual who created the account at 1) and 2) will be the representative of the group, and the e-mail for confirming registration will be sent to the address of the said representative.

For returning users:

1. Enter the mail address and password you registered through the "First Time Applicants" page, and click "Login".
2. If you enter the wrong password couple of times in a row, you will be blocked from entering the account. In such case, please contact Tobu Top Tours.
3. If you forgot your password, request e-mail for resetting the password by clicking below the log-in button, and enter your mail address, telephone number. You will receive an e-mail for resetting your password. Please reset your password as instructed and log in.
