個人情報保護方針

【個人情報保護ポリシー】

当社は、「旅」を核とした事業を発展・継続させていくために、私たちのステークホルダーである、お客様、お取引先、社員、株主、地域社会との絆を大切にし、共存共栄、互いに尊敬しあえる関係を目指すことを経営の理念としております。この理念のもと、ますます多様化するお客様のニーズを素早くとらえ、お客様にご満足のいただける商品・サービスを提供することで、企業としての価値・信用を高めることにつとめてまいります。

こうした理念と方針を実現するための一環として、当社は、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、全従業員に個人情報保護の重要性の認識と取組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進することを宣言致します。

  1. 個人情報の取得と利用
    当社は利用目的を明確にしたうえで、目的の範囲内に限り個人情報を取得します。利用目的は個人情報管理台帳上に明示し、個人情報を取扱う各部門の顧客個人情報取扱管理者の責任において、利用目的を逸脱した利用を行わないよう、社内の管理体制の整備及び安全管理措置を講じます。
  2. 個人情報の管理と保護
    当社は、個人情報を厳重に管理することとし、ご本人にご承諾いただいた場合を除き、第三者に対しデータを開示・提供することは致しません。ただし、事故等の発生に関連して警察、国土交通省、外務省およびその他官公署から要請があった場合には、当該官公署に対して個人情報を提供することがあります。 当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失又は毀損を防ぐため、以下のような安全管理措置を行います。また、問題発生の予防のための手順を設け実施するとともに、万が一の問題発生に対しては速やかに再発防止のための是正を行います。

    3. ネットワークおよび端末等に対する不正アクセス対策

  3. 法令等の遵守
    当社は、当社が保有する個人情報の取扱いに関して適用される法令、国が定める指針及びその他の規範を遵守いたします。
  4. 問合せ・苦情への対応
    当社は、保有する個人情報に対するお問合せや苦情に対して、受付、対応の体制と手順を整備し、迅速に対応いたします。
  5. 個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの継続的改善
    当社は、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを継続的に改善いたします。

    【個人情報の取り扱いについて】

    当社は、｢個人情報の保護に関する法律｣ならびに｢当社個人情報保護方針｣に基づき、お客様の個人情報を以下のようにお取扱し、保護に努めております。

    1. 個人情報の利用目的
      当社は、令和6年度グローバル教養講座のお申込みにあたってご本人又は契約責任者よりお預かりする個人情報につきまして以下の目的のために必要な範囲内において利用いたします。なお、市販されている名簿もしくは第三者からの情報提供等により取得した個人情報を利用させていただく場合は、速やかにご本人に利用目的を通知し同意をいただいたうえで利用させていただきます。
      1. (1) お客様との連絡（資料等の送付等を含みます。）
      2. (2) お客様がお申込みいただいた講座の視聴に必要な配信サービスの手配及びご案内
      3. (3) 前号のサービスの受領のための手続
      4. (4) お客様へのご案内、ご意見・ご感想等のアンケートのお願いなど
      5. (5) ご相談内容の事実確認及びお客様への回答（お客様からのご相談等の際にメール・お電話でいただいた個人情報につきましては当該目的のみに限ります。）
      なお、当社ホームページでは、よりよいサービス提供のためクッキー（cookie）を使用することがあります。クッキーとは、当社ウェブサイトを閲覧した方のコンピュータに格納し記憶させておく機能のことです。ご利用のブラウザの設定により受取拒否が可能ですが、受取拒否の設定をされた場合、サービスの一部がご利用できない場合があります。
    2. お客様個人情報の第三者への提供・委託
      当社は、前項に記載した利用目的に必要な範囲内で、当社と個人情報の取扱いについて契約を締結している主催者・東京都公立大学法人に対し、お客様の氏名、年令、性別、電話番号等の個人情報を、予め電子的方法で送信する等の方法により提供させていただきます。個人情報を提供する第三者が外国にある場合の当該提供先における個人情報の保護に関する情報については、当社ホームページ『個人情報の取り扱いについて：外国にある第三者における個人情報保護に関する情報について』（https://tobutoptours.jp/info/privacy-guidelines.html）をご確認ください。
      また、事故等の発生に関連し警察の捜査時の資料提供および国土交通省・外務省その他の官公署からの個人情報の提供要請に協力する場合があります。
    3. 視聴のお申込にあたって
      視聴のお申込にあたっては、当社の個人情報の取扱いについて、お客様に同意をいただいたうえで申し込みいただくものとなります。申し込みフォーム等の記載内容に誤りがあった場合、又はお客さまの個人情報を記入して頂けない場合、ご視聴いただけないなどサービスの提供等に支障を来たす恐れがありますので、正確な記入をお願い致します。
    4. お客様個人情報に関するお問合せ、開示、削除のご請求手続について
      1. (1) 開示対象個人情報に関する事項は以下の通りです。
        • ア　開示対象個人情報の種類
          申し込みフォーム又はホームページ等により取得した、氏名、電話番号、メールアドレス歴等。
        • イ　利用目的
          (ｱ) お客様との連絡（資料等の送付等を含みます。）
          (ｲ) お客様がお申込みいただいた講座の視聴に必要な配信サービスの手配及びご案内
          (ｳ) 法令に基づく特定個人情報の利用
      2. (2) 当社が保有する開示対象の個人データにつきまして、個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止、消去及び第三者提供の停止又は第三者提供記録の開示等をご希望の場合は、必要となる手続についてご案内いたしますので、下記のお問合せ先までお申出ください。

【Privacy Policy】

In order to develop and sustain our business with 'travel' at its core, our company’s management philosophy is to value the bonds with our stakeholders - customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and local communities - and to aim for co-existence and mutual respect. Based on this philosophy, we will strive to enhance its value and credibility as a company by quickly identifying increasingly diverse customer needs and providing products and services that satisfy them.

As part of realizing these philosophy and policy, we declares that it will promote the protection of personal information by establishing the following privacy policy, building a system for the protection of personal information and ensuring that all employees are aware of the importance of the protection of personal information and are committed to it.

  1. Purpose of using personal information
    We obtains personal data only for clearly stated purposes and only within the scope of those purposes. The purpose of use is clearly stated in the personal information management register, and the customer personal information manager of each department handling personal information is responsible for the development of an internal management system and security control measures to ensure that personal information is not used in a manner that deviates from the purpose of use.
  2. Management and protection of personal data
    We will manage personal data in strict confidence and will not disclose or provide data to third parties unless the individual has given his or her consent. However, if the police, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other public authorities request personal data in connection with an accident or other incident, personal data may be provided to the relevant authorities. We take the following security control measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal data. In addition, we have established and implemented procedures to prevent problems from occurring and will promptly take corrective measures to prevent recurrence in the event of a problem.

【Privacy policy】

In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the Company's Personal Data Protection Policy, the Company handles and protects the personal data of its customers as follows

  • １．Purpose of using personal information
    We will use the personal information received from the person applying for the Global Lecture Series 2024 from the person himself/herself or the person in charge of the contract within the range necessary for that purpose for the following purposes. In addition, when using the personal information acquired by the Company through the marketed name list or information provided by a third party etc., we promptly notify him / herself of purpose of use, we acquire consent and use it.

    1. (1) Contact with customers (including the sending of documents etc.)
    2. (2) Arranging and providing the necessary distribution services for viewing the courses that the customer has applied for.
    3. (3) Procedures for receiving the service of the preceding item
    4. (4) Information for customers, requests for questionnaires on opinions and feedback, etc.
    5. (5) Fact confirmation of contents of consultation and reply to customer (Personal information received by e-mail or customer upon consultation from customers is limited to that purpose only.)
    6. (6) To implement projects commissioned by the State, local authorities and various legal entities. Cookies may be used on our website to provide better service. Cookies are functions that are stored on the computers of visitors to our website and stored in memory.   • ２．Provision and consignment of personal information of customers to third parties
    Within the range of the purposes stated in the Paragraph 1, we may, in advance, through an electronic communication technology, give the personal information of the audience such as his/her name, age, sex, phone number etc. to the organizer, Tokyo Metropolitan Public University Corporation which has entered into a contract with us for the handling of personal information, in advance by electronic transmission or other means.     The Company may cooperate to provide personal information with police investigation or at the request of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, or Japan Tourism Agency and other public affairs of national and local governments in connection with the occurrence of the accident etc

  • ３．When applying for viewing
    When applying for viewing, the applicant must give accurate information when filling out the application form. If there are any errors in the information on the application form, etc., or if the applicant personal information is not completed, you may not be able to watch the lectures or the service may not be provided, etc. Please ensure that the information is completed correctly. The applicant shall consent the provision of personal information as stipulated in the preceding documents.

(2) Regarding personal data to be disclosed held by the Company, we will notify you of the purpose of use, disclosure of personal information, correction / addition / deletion of personal information, suspension of use of personal information, elimination of personal information, If you wish, we will inform you about necessary procedures, so please inquire to the following inquiries.
