How to Apply

First registration

  1. If you are visiting this site for the first time, please start with clicking “Create Account” button.
  2. For your initial registration, please enter your name, e-mail address, password and so on, then your account will be created.
  3. After you create your account, “My Page” button will be displayed.
    Please continue to with “Attendance Registration”.

*Once you complete your registrations, completion emails will be delivered to your account email address.

How to log-in after your account is created

  1. Please click “Login” button with your e-mail address and password you registered at the initial registration.
  2. If you enter wrong password Three times, your account will be locked out.
    In that case, please contact our office through the “Contact” form (choose ‘Unlock the account’).
  3. If you forget your password, please click “Reset Password” above the “Login” button, then enter your e-mail address, registered phone number. You will receive an email for resetting your password.
